As with starting a new job, we have some training that we ask all new volunteers to complete when they join us. We call our training “Getting Started” and it’s a collection of 5 modules, with 4 core modules applicable to all new volunteers and the 5th module is dependent on your role. The purpose of the training is for volunteers to understand what’s required of them and have a good understanding of our policies & procedures and are equipped with the essential tools and information so that they can excel in their role(s).
